Yes! We offer candle samples at a rate of $50.00 per unit. These samples encompass the vessel, wax, wick, color and fragrances. The wick selection is based on our expertise, with final wick testing conducted upon receipt of purchase order. Additionally, should you require supplementary components such as labels, lids, and boxes, we are able to provide these at an extra expense.

Yes, you can supply any components except the wax and wick. However, if you are supplying your own fragrance, it is up to you to ensure that the fragrance company you are working with has the exact wax that will be used during production for your order. If you are supplying your glass, boxes, or labels, the QC needs to be done by you. We cannot QC your components, all responsibility for those components is on you the customer, not Paramold.

Once your project has been quoted and progresses to the development stage, we will provide fragrance sampling options. You can choose to receive the fragrance oil for smelling, or we can create a custom sample at an additional charge.

Our decorator requires that you purchase a sample when opting for a custom color or screen-printing services on a vessel. The fee for this service is $50.00 per design.

If you are not picking your order up from our warehouse and it needs to be shipped to you, your shipping charges will be calculated once the order is complete. Unfortunately, this calculation cannot be done before your order is finished. If you require any special services, please let us know in advance.

Unfortunately, Paramold does not provide drop shipping services. Once your order is complete, you will need to accept it in its entirety.

You’re ready to engage with a manufacturer when you have a clear concept, design, and fragrance ideas in mind. Once you have gathered enough information, we can likely provide a quote and initiate the project. If you are not at that stage yet and require assistance with project development, we offer various services to help.

Unfortunately, we do not stock any fragrances. Instead, we ask that you provide us with details about the specific fragrance you are looking for, and we can then request samples based on your preferences. You can reference examples in the marketplace or describe the fragrance to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Currently, we do not work with wooden wicks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
